In the Gender Roundtable the following year, the panel hosted another interactive roundtable on "Gender Guidance for the UNGPS: From Paper to Practice". During the panel discussion, one of the intervention was from the Responsible Mining Foundation (RMF). This short note succinctly highlights the challenges faced by women in the mining industry and suggests some solutions backed by good practices.
