Nigeria - New Nigeria Foundation (NNF)

The NNF is a not for profit, non-governmental organisation that provides a platform for strategic private and public sector collaboration, aimed at promoting sustainable socio-economic development activities in Nigerian communities. An example of the organisation’s aim to facilitate relationships between companies and affected communities has been the recently launched Forum on Oil and Gas for Development (FOGARD). “The Forum explores obstacles and opportunities for making better use of oil revenue; creates partnerships and acts as a coalition to promote new policies and initiatives with government, business, civil society and other stakeholders.”
