In addition, consumers are insistent on the need for companies to respect human rights. Two complementary initiatives can help ensure that security and human rights is at the heart of responsible supply chains: the Voluntary Principles on Security and Human Rights and the OECD Due Diligence Guidance for Responsible Mineral Supply Chains.
